Student. Represented Latvia at the 2022 Winter School in NiceThe field of technology is leaving the frame of “a man’s job” and expanding in its diversity. European Leadership Academy is the perfect opportunity for young women to learn how to make a positive impact, take a sustainable leadership position and gain an insight in the digital world. Over the span of a week, we had the opportunity to learn, to improve, to connect with like-minded women and network with the best professionals across Europe. The participation in the Winter School for Female Leadership in the Digital age really transformed my motivation to do more, my aspirations and assured me of the many possibilities for female leadership. I now have strong female leaders to look up to all across Europe. If I had the possibility, I would undoubtedly apply once again for this life-changing event. Moreover, I would encourage any young woman to use this opportunity, if she is up for motivation, risk, going out of her comfort zone, new knowledge, an ever-expanding network and new endeavours!
